With no water for too long because of a failed well pump and my best DIY efforts behind me I turned this one over. I presented my situation to the folks at Findlay Drilling and immediately I was comforted in knowing that they had a plan of attack that would get results despite it being Saturday going into Sunday. They came right out, we talked about what needed to be done, the guys committed to it and within 24 hours of my initial contact to the office I not only had water but the way they did it is what's great. I will no longer have to go the crawlspace to troubleshoot as they updated, re--routed and streamlined things like water tank, pressure switch, overflow valve etc all in a utility room in the house. I hadn't thought of the possibilities they came up with and that's o.k. because they knew I would be estatic with the more "sensible" and practical location of things. They made everything so much more efficient.The folks at Findlay did this all in a day and amazingly without any idea of where the well or casing was located. Professional, courteous and friendly. I'm grateful and I recommend them to anyone for their project needs big or small.

I have used Finlay well drilling company for over 20 years. I have referred my clients in real estate to Findlay and have never received a complaint from any of my clients. As for myself my pump went out last year and I called Jeff Findlay and he was out to my house the same day that I called him. I had a broken pipe and he fixed the pipe and charged me a reasonable bill. Today 2/15/10 I call Findlay and told them my pressure on my pump was down . Jeff said he had one person without water and after that was fixed he would be out to fix the problem. He told me not to worry they could fix it. With having horses on my property I was concerned but felt confident they would handle the problem. Over the years I have been lucky to hire people who do the the job, charge a reasonable fee and Findlay is that kind of a company. Thanks Findlay for being a good company.
